Hospitality Club Meetings and Camps have a long tradition by now. They are a wonderful opportunity to meet other friendly members all in one place. On this page we try to list all Meetings and Camps that are happening, please help us by adding yours if you organize one or know about one. Thank you! You can edit this page!!

Here you can find links to a lot of information we have compiled for you to make organizing and promoting a HC Meeting easier. We know that HC is still lacking a cool integrated Meetings Tool, and as soon as we have gone open source, hopefully some programmers will start implementing one. Until then, we are using a combination of tools:

HOSPITALITY CLUB/ CS LONDON & S.E. MEETING AT 'CARNAVAL DEL PUEBLO' SUNDAY 2 AUGUST 2009 2.00PM

HC & CS members in and around London are warmly invited to meet up at Carnaval del Pueblo, a vibrant free one-day festival of Latin American culture which salsas its way into South London's Burgess Park. More than 100,000 people come for the Latino party, which incorporates music, food, parades and arts and crafts stalls. The carnival begins around midday with a spectacular procession of exotic floats, costumes, musicians and dancers which travels from Elephant and Castle to Burgess Park, via Walworth Road, Camberwell Road and Albany Road. This entirely free event incorporates elements of Latino culture from Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela, featuring dance rhythms, food and music from nations who know how to party. Throughout the day, a mixture of musicians perform on the four stages set up around the park. Two hundred stalls and marquees offer refreshment, arts and crafts from Latin America and the Caribbean. Live music on the stages runs from 3.00pm 'til 9.00pm.

We will meet up at the Brazilian stage. Leaflets with maps of the Carnaval layout are handed out on the day. More detailed info to follow, including a plan for really bad weather!

Conveniently, there is a large Tesco store near the Old Kent Road entrance to the park if you want to stock up with food and drink on the way in!

So just post a message saying you are coming on the relevant thread on the Meetings & Events Forum, then just come, bring your friends and enjoy the Latin beat!

New Year’s Eve Red Party 2008

Don’t be scared, join us!

Spend this wonderful night with us in beautiful Warsaw!

The party will take place in an amazing Indian restaurant conveniently located in the city centre! This is unique opportunity to meet other travelers, taste great Indian food and dance to the end of night!

The entrance fee is 100 PLN per person (about 26 Euro) and includes the following menu:

Starter: Chicken Toni, Paneer Tikka, Egg Mayo, Veg Salad and Garlic Bread.

Main Course: Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, Jeera Aloo, Fried Noodles, Plain Rice. Indian Bread. Yogurt and salad.

Drinks: A glass of champagne at midnight and soft drinks like cola, lemonade, orange juice, apple juice, water, tea and coffee.

As far as alcohol is concerned everybody can bring one’s own.

The party starts at 21:00 and ends at 5:00! During the party we offer not only good music but also many games, competitions and other attractions. One can even win a voucher for Dinner for two worth 200pln at Tandoor Palace!!!! Don’t miss your chance!

The participants are kindly requested to wear smart clothes with red items of clothing! It’s a red party, isn’t it?

We will help couch surfers from other countries and cities to find a host! Please, first contact those New Year’s Eve participants who offer accommodation and if you can not find the host, please contact us – we will do our utmost to help you!

As the number of tickets is limited (about 60), please first register and then within a few days collect your ticket from the restaurant , if you can not do this, please contact either with the restaurant staff ( they will confirm your reservation and give you the number of the bank account) or with us, we will find the solution.

The deadline for collecting the tickets is 22. XII 2008, so hurry up!
